All Artists are responsible for their own temporary license through OSHD. License can take up to 30 days. We encourage to apply early. Out of state artists are required to fill out Temporary license and Affidavit of Lawful presence Through OKHD. OKHD is also requiring BBP, First Aid, CPR certification and proof of license. Application cut off is August 24, 2026. Links are listed below.

Tattoo Artist Booth $700.00 includes 10x10 booth space. 6x6 table and chairs. 1 gallon of distilled water per booth. 1 plus one extra booth pass. 2 Artists per 10x10 booth. Weekend event wrist band, access to panels and discussions. 1 souvenir lanyard per attending artist.
